No. Hours reset at the start of each month, so each month's hours are planned around what you need that month.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Support is month-to-month, with 30 days' notice if you'd like to pause or stop.

How does billing work?

You will receive one invoice each month with a secure payment link.

What if I need more hours in a busy month?

Additional hours are $125/hour, and I'll let you know before you approach your monthly limit so there are no surprises.

Do you edit audio or video

My focus is the operations around your content: guests, scheduling, workflow, and publishing coordination. Editing isn't part of these packages.
