




We often think freedom is something we’ll find after the milestone: the new job, the relationship, the house, the achievement. But freedom isn’t waiting on the other side of an outcome—it’s something you can embody now.
In this week’s episode of Intuitive Wisdom, I’m exploring what it means to practice inner freedom. For me, this has meant noticing where my beliefs and my actions don’t always align, and gently realigning with what I truly want to embody.
Freedom, I’ve discovered, isn’t about everything being perfect or calm on the outside. It’s about the sanctuary you create inside yourself—the calm, strength, and trust that allow you to respond instead of react.
Here are a few simple ways freedom shows up:
·Choosing joy in small moments.
·Choosing calm in the middle of chaos.
·Choosing to embody the vibration of freedom itself.
