Four years ago, I recorded for the first time with absolutely no idea what I was building. I didn't know if anyone would listen. I didn't know if I'd still be doing this a year later, let alone four years and 250 episodes later. But here we are.

This week's episode of Intuitive Wisdom is a little different — it's just me taking a moment to celebrate this milestone with you before we rush ahead to what’s next.

It Was Never Just Me

None of these 250 episodes happened because of me alone. This show exists because of community — the Sparkles who show up every week, share episodes with a friend, and send messages that land exactly on the days I need them most. It exists because of the experts and guests who trusted me with their wisdom, and because of the inspiration that has moved back and forth between us for four years straight. And it exists because of the transformations — mine, and yours — that this show has quietly witnessed along the way.

Something New Is Coming

I'll let you in on a secret: Intuitive Wisdom is getting a glow-up. (It's already started with new cover art, music, and intro)... I can't reveal all the details yet — it's still taking shape — but I wanted you to hear it from me first, in this milestone moment. More details are coming soon.

What Will Never Change

Whatever evolves, this is what stays the same: this show will always be consistent, reliable, and a beacon of light and kindness in your week. My intention has never wavered — for every episode to leave you feeling seen, supported, and inspired.

Back to the Beginning

To close out the celebration, I replayed my very first episode — the one about planting the seed of a dream, and nurturing it into reality. Listening back with four years of perspective, a few things stood out to me:

The seed metaphor still holds. This entire show was the seed. I had no idea what it would grow into — I just took the first small step.

I said back then that "our job is the what and the why, not the how and the when." Four years later, sitting in the excitement of a glow-up I can't fully see yet, I need that reminder more than ever.

And consistent action really does count — every episode, even the uncertain ones, added up to this moment with you.
