In celebration of 3 years of Intuitive Wisdom, I’m sharing five of my favorite grounding, energy-resetting daily practices. These aren’t about having a picture-perfect house. They’re about building a space that holds you while you grow.
The 5 Practices:
1. Declutter, just for 5 minutes.
This isn’t your mom telling you to clean your room—this is your intuitive ally reminding you that a quick reset of your space clears the way for new opportunities, clearer thinking, and a more supportive vibe.
2. Refresh the air.
Open a window for 5 minutes, light a candle, or mist the space with essential oils. Let the air shift the energy—just like a deep breath shifts your nervous system.
3. Create a positive energetic anchor.
Support your existing goals with a visual or functional cue: a water bottle at your desk, a journal by your bed. Make ease obvious and accessible.
4. Bring in nature for the senses.
Choose your favorite sense and feed it: plants, art, ambient bird sounds, a scented candle. Set the tone. Enhance the mood. Let beauty work on your frequency.
5. Be intentional with your time.
Before switching tasks, pause. Breathe. Acknowledge the shift. This micro-moment of awareness helps you move with purpose and not split your energy.
Your space is alive with you. These small resets are sacred—and they make your home a place that honors your energy every day.
